• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I agree with JustJack, it only takes one of those three clubs currently languishing at the bottom to have a sudden surge in form, and we could be right in the brown, smelly stuff. Are you putting your faith in Flipper and that back line to keep our heads above water?

We have Cardiff, Huddersfield and Wigan to play aswell.

A turn of form for them would likely mean they turn us over, a double whammy

It's like being tied to the traintrack and watching it come closer and closer.

Fans need to forget about Martin and come out big time for the team in the remaining home games.

We ain’t going down.

Correct. And I'm genuinely surprised that we aren't even bottom of the form table for the last 6 matches. Take a bow QPR and one other.

It’s gone under the radar a bit but QPR have been even worse than us. At one point in October we were fourth and they were top, so it’s quite impressive that they’ve managed to be even worse than we have since then.

Have also sacked their manager twice this season

Hudds draw and Wigan lose. 11 points clear (plus goal difference) with 11 to go.

Good innit.
We can down tools now from here on in.

I think we are almost safe. Its going to take an effort of Carvahalian proportions to get relegated now.

Down to single figures, fasten your seatbelts folks, we're going into the fun zone..

We're not winning any games, I can see a few draws though

Anyone that thinks we are 100% safe has their head in the sand.

I think we’ve just about got enough but honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if the gap is down to a couple of points with a game or two to go.

Russell needs to go. We will be lucky to win a game let alone multiple. Hell, a draw is seen as a success these days.
