Reports surfaced yesterday evening that the Swans have accepted a bid for one of their January signings in Nathanael Ogbeta although the defender is said to have turned down a move to the unnamed League One club. Several sources have suggested this to be the case which brings into stark reality some...

A signing that just leaves you shaking your head.

Sounds as if we got another player digging his heels in by not wanting to leave, another who could be on a decent wedge then doh!!
From what I read from his one and only appearance was that he looked promising, strange crazy things happening at the club it seems.

Baffling situation, looks very promising as a player, clearly not wanted here, person who brought him in sacked and as per usual the fans won't be told the truth.

Wasn't given any sort of chance. Martin didn't fancy him for whatever reason.

Again brought in to improve our side and no better than some of our youngsters, hence Cam Congreve stepping up and looks like Ogbeta stepping out.

Congreve won’t play at wing back will he? I’m hoping McFayden will be giving more game time though this year.

That's a big statement considering he's barely played, how do you know he's no better than the youngsters?

Brought in for left wingback and then almost right away after we brought in Wolf.
After a slightly shaky start Wolf made that position his own and finished the season fairly strongly.

Ogbeta has only made two appearances (and only one for longer than a few minutes) - in that game he looked like he had pace and delivery about him. I would be very disappointed to see him go without getting a fair crack of the whip during preseason.

It seems like if Martin doesn't like a player for some reason or other their card is marked.

In fairness you could replace Martin's name with about 90% of the managers out there for that statement.

My point being, RM thought having CC on the bench was the better option.

Youre missing the point , its not our opinions that matter. We are the fans, who don't know shite from brasso of what goes on behind the thinking's of any managing team.

Didn’t we scrape 400K together to sign this guy in his last year of his contract? Be lucky to get that back.
