2 down with 87 gone.

Caught some of the second half. Spirited effort, but does look to be a difference in terms of skill and fitness levels. Would be good to see the women's team better supported financially ... can only help them achieve higher levels of both. Would cost a fraction of what we spend on one player for the mens team.

Very noticeable that they have a similar playing style to Martinball.

It's a shame there's no 2nd leg, they play a dead rubber on Sunday now but will be better for the experience.

Small improvements, they're past the days of getting walloped 8 or 9, but like you said to get to the next level (!)
theyre going to need an injection of finance, from who that comes I'm not entirely sure.

The club seems to be one and all but don't quote me on that

I'd imagine if the club allocated them 250k for example, it would make one hell of a difference. Think we have to move past the old mindsets on this.

Until they go at least semi pro, difficult to see how progress. Job for FAW as well.

7.30pm tonight

A dead rubber in reality but there are coefficient points at stake apparently

Sadly a thumping ends the trip for SCFC ladies as a 2nd half collapse results in a 7-0 less to Ferencvaros

Once they return it will be a case of getting back to work and preparing for their season opener on September 4th against Cardiff Met, at the Liberty Stadium!

It will be FREE ENTRY!

You can claim tickets here https://www.swanseacity.com/news/watch-swansea-city-ladies-free-swanseacom-stadium

Although this is a little sad, why wouldn't they start in the lower tier?

So basically the stadium will be empty except for that upper West Bank? It'll have the atmosphere of a wet fart.

I was tempted to take my girls down for a second but I'd be better off taking them down Ashleigh road on Sunday in all honesty

Its a good offer by the club but 5.45pm on a Sunday is never going to be a massively appealing time

This weekend!
