Why do people go to a football match (Swansea vs Cardiff in particular) and complain about bad language? Genuine question btw. If I didn’t like it, the football would be the last place I’d go.

I told two pissed up arseholes about their disgusting attempt at a Sala chant and was told “it’s Cardiff Swansea, anything goes”. No it doesn’t. Wankers.

Funny enough, I had a similar conversation with the guy next to me. We were in the North West corner, he got a couple songs going to be fair but he started chanting the Sala song, I said “you’re on your own with that one pal”, I think he realised then and that was that. It’s another thing though to make a scene about people (me in particular apparently🤣) using the general swear words you hear week in week out at every football game up and down the country. People like that are better off going to the fucking theatre 🙄😂

Yeah, I didn’t like that. It can be a bit of a zoo at times down there these days. I’m old fashioned and don’t understand why people pay for a ticket to spend the whole match watching the opposition’s fans. If I was that interested in the inbreds, I’d go and people watch from a cafe in Cardiff Bay.

Whilst not condoning the Sala chant, and two wrongs also don’t make a right, they were coming out with vile chants too.

Why did it take seemingly 50 stewards to get that one individual down the steps and out?

Under normal conditions I'd agree about the Sala chants, but we are talking a derby game, alcohol involved, and football "pantomime". Can see why they are getting sung, no tut tutting from me.

A lot of these will be quiet as lambs in the workplace come tomorrow.

I feel the same way about this as I do about the revolting ‘gas a Jack’ and the disgusting horse noises about poor TC. Nothing excuses this kind of inhuman crap does it?

Yeah, all horrible chants. Not my place to tell them to live to my morals though, besides, there were literally hundreds singing the Sala song down our end.

No idea, he must have been a strong lad, there were a few stewards and police and they really struggled 😂

I can answer this as I was one of them carrying him out  .

He gripped one of the smaller stewards and yanked him back into the seats whilst giving him a few punches because he didn't like being told to get off the stairs. Even the most die hard nutters here will accept that this is a straight red card in any stadium so we had to remove him.

Naturally the lad didn't want to go and didn't give two fucks about anyone near by (that includes other fans), so threw punches, kicks and generally tried to push and pull folk down the steps. We aren't allowed to respond with punches or kicks, even though a quick dab on his nose would have made the job much easier. It's always better for us to get as many hands on and lift naughty boys up, which is what we did but the little sod kept twisting and turning trying to topple the whole mess of us down them stairs.

Bit of drama then back to the regular scheduled programme of stuffing Cardiff. Double 'doube' happening this season.

Fair play.

I did notice one especially pissed off steward take a tumble onto the netting and misplace his foot into the space the lad was occupying

Yeah I saw him slipping down the netting behind us, we were working and he was having a day out on the slides . I can't speak for any 'foot misplacement' made by others as I was too busy trying to stop that fans foot from being 'misplaced' into my ballbag.

Still a great day and a great result.

You can’t be singing such filth.
