I made an absolutely banging huevos rancheros for dinner last night (it's essentially the Mexican equivalent of our cooked breakfast although we eat it as an evening meal).

A gammon steak, home made tomato and chilli sauce, refried beans, a couple of fried eggs, rice, tortilla and tortilla chips. Better than anything I have ever been served in Mexico itself.

And also midnight feast (which I’m quite partial to). ‘Midnight’ covers the time period from bed time to about 3am according to my body clock and sleep habits.
