It's not a competition and I know some will probably recognise all of them but it's just a bit of seasonal fun as there's no football to discuss atm so please don't spoil it for others. Shall we say, 1 post per day per poster and no more than 3 guesses per post?

Inspired by Phil choosing a rare picture of Franck Tabanou, here are pictures of 25 former Swans players who have all played in the last 20 years or thereabouts although some didn't make many appearances. Most are pictured playing for other clubs, some are a bit older or younger than when they played for the Swans, some have more hair and some considerably less. You may disagree with some of the numbers of some players but my research tells me that they have all been allocated the squad number shown for at least one season or for the duration of a loan with us but I apologise now if any are wrong.

I wasn't expecting them to be done in order guys, but you can do that if you want to! Or just dive in

5 is Tatey surely

Indeed it is, Phil, and coincidentally, the bloke who's with him is actually Colin Pascoe who was a Sunderland player at that time so 2 for the price of 1.

Ha thats pretty impressive that it was Pascoe- that could have covered 6 (or was Pascoe 8?)

6 though is Thoebald (David?) who was one of the seven million signings Cusack made I think?

7 has stumped me totally - I thought it may have been Nathan Dyer but he was never number 7 - I was trying to rack my brains as to who had Leons shirt when he went to Sheffield United - had a feeling itwas Cotterill so that rules him out

8 is an easy one though - Kevin Nugent

9 is something that Palosi - another one of our PRemier League strikers who failed to whelm at any stage!

I thought 7 was maybe Leon as I seem to remember a photo of him on a skateboard when young - could be totally wrong though. I usually am !

6 Dave Theobald, yes
8 Kevin Nugent, yes
9 Alberto Paloschi, yes

Was in 2 minds about using the #7 pic but not many people have worn 7 since Leon acquired it in 2003 so there aren't many possibilities. This guy played most of his games for us with another squad number but if what I have read is correct, he made 13 substitute appearances wearing #7 so someone must have seen him!

You're right about Cotterill though, he was #7 for the 10/11 season.

Actually, I thought if anyone was likely to, Darran might get #7 because the pic is a still from one of the guy's tweets and thought Darran might have seen it.
