Looking at this Everton team,almost unrecognisable and with no new players.
Wigan have improved ,others too .
It’s why we shouldn’t be afraid and be asking “ who would you have then to replace “. Fact is ,anyone would be better. We would actually be better if we simply removed him and had the canteen ( or whatever they call them now) manager coach us .

Middlesbrough before Michael Carrick:
16 games 17 points

Under Michael Carrick;
17 games 40 points.

West Brom were in relegation zone when Corberan came in

Nathan Jones has entered the chat

Bob Bradley also wants a word... :lol:

On the other hand, Cooper at Forest last season has to be the best example for what changing a manager can do for a struggling team. That's coming from someone who was happy to see him leave here. :roll:

It really is the case a Changan of coach sees an immediate lift. Granted nit every time but Nathan Jones is an exception. He was never right for Soton but would be ideal for us not that we would employ an aggressive rat faced chap like him.

Carrick been sensational and I believe will get Boro up automatically .

What a choice to manage the club you love
