Was watching the Celtic league winning celebrations on the news this morning and the thought struck me, is there a more one sided league in the whole of Europe? Talk about a foregone conclusion.

Italy, Germany, Spain, France..... The odd team pops up from no where in some of them, more or less the same procession every season.

The Premier league is heading the same way with Manchester City dominating year in year out.

Man City are about to win the Premier league for the 6th time in 7 seasons. To be fair Liverpool and recently Arsenal, have done extremely well to push them close.
It would be a brave man who bets against them making it 7 out of 8 next season too.

Could you see, Pep achieving the same with either Liverpool or Arsenal?

Every team he's managed they'd had unlimited wealth.
