• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Cooper unused sub in Wigan's 4-1 defeat at Bolton

Waste of a loan.

how is it a waste?

He is not a 19 year old loaned out to get game time to develop. It is just like selling him. His gametime is not really our issue anymore.

The purpose of a loan is to either get a player up to speed to play at the parent club or put a player in the shop window

or to get someone to cover his wages for 12 months when he is not going to feature for you?

If a decision has been made the club no longer want him then fair enough.

is that not obvious? He is 25 and has played over 100 games for the club and they have let him go on loan to the league below. The club has moved past him. Hope he goes and has a good career but if he makes it back into the side regularly, it will be because something worrying has happened to us.

All of their early season luck slowly evaporating 😂😂😂
To be fair they’ve had no luck today 🤣. Their movement is actually pretty good.

They should already have 5 points fewer than they do, but I think watching them, they’ll be in the mix.

Yes, in the last half hour they were all over Bradford like a rash. Fortunately, their finishing was pretty shyte. Sad to say, if Bradford are top of the league, the overall standard is piss poor, and the scum should be in the mix.

I enjoyed hearing the fans down from Yorkshire sing "Can we play you every week?" though 🤣

I see Huw Jenkins is presiding over a Newport side who are 22nd in League Two.
