You're sensible enough to realise the difference I'm sure, just don't let your anger rule you. we all got issues I could write serval books on mine, help is out there we all need it on times.
I deal with it within myself, but I appreciate that it's not always that easy and further down the line it may not be for me, been a tough yr for me and mine especially the last few months, but together stronger.
