Olympiakos just had a goal disallowed, both feet onside but he was leaning forward and has a big nose. This rule needs to be changed immediately its ruining the game.

I strongly disagree.
Both teams would leave a couple of goal hangers in the opposition box which would mean 3/4 defenders staying back to mark them. Midfield craft would become irrelevant as the game becomes a series of punts forward.
