• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I see we've brought in Dean Thornton the MK Dons goalkeeping coach. Shame as it must mean Margetson will be on his way?

Margetson was always going to be off when Cooper left.

Has done a great job here though, good luck to him with whatever he does next.

It's a shame. Our set piece defending was so much better. Was hoping he may stuck around but not to be

Maybe we could get him to stay on as set piece coach? He's vastly more experienced than the new guy that's for sure. Would rub off well on him. Margetson lives in South Wales so might as well use him until something better comes up?

Couldn't argue with that. Can't imagine he'll be short of offers either!

Looks like Margetson and Marsh will be on their way then. As expected really, big loss in Margetson, hope our ser pieces hold up. Also heared that Steve Rands has left the backroom team, big loss again, someone who has won the Premier league with Man City and worked under Guardiola. His knowledge would have helped Martin's transition to the Championship for sure

If we’re getting back to Swans basics, then shambolic set piece defending is well on the cards.

After seeing the MKDons keeper against Bournemouth its a slight worry, but Martin needs to do what he thinks best

I’d say that Bournemouth game the players heads were probably all over the place knowing Martin was leaving.

Probably but that new keeper was flappy as hell
