Ticket advice for Rotherham

Hello!
Looking for advice for family member who is up near Rotherham and ordered tickets for the game from the Swansea website.

Tickets haven’t arrived by post!! I believe ticket office is closed on Saturday so does anyone have any advice on how to try and solve the issue with no physical ticket to hand?!

I'd probably pop along to the ticket office at Rotherham tomorrow morning with the recipt for the tickets if they don't arrive in the post tomorrow... (surely the ticket office at Rotherham will be open tomorrow for thier home game)

They were absolutely brilliant and thanks for your help. They called the office first thing and were told they would sort upon arrival at the ticket office. They’ve had a great day. Thanks again
