Ticket help required

Afternoon all

Bought a ticket on line yday for my son via my account for the Burnley game I have received the sale confirmation which was immediate but no ticket via email to print out or stub in my account. Advice please or do I just wait.

The ticket may be accessible from the Swans app, just link your account when downloaded.

You can then screenshot the QR code that gains entry to the stadium and WhatsApp it to your son.

That’s what I thought but it isn’t showing up there either

I'd be tempted to ring the ticket office but I sspect they are shut today sadly

Call in at the ticket office and show them your email receipt. They will print you tickets. Do as early as possible as it will be very busy tomorrow.
