It's only a few weeks since Tony's name came up on here with some discussions around the "old days" but was sent this last evening to say that Tony has sadly passed away this month after a short notice.

A hugely passionate Swans fan, I spent many an hour discussing football over a few beers with Tony as he was a regular traveller with the MAGS and also pulled together a great fanzine around the turn of the century called Jack Plug.

Thoughts with all his friends and family

RIP Tony.

Wasn't at one point he was linked with buying the club or have I got him confused with someone else?

Aside from that, RIP in Tony YJB

Memories become a little hazy over time but I think Tony knew/was friends with Bo Ekland who was linked with buying the club - I am fairly certain that it was Tony who put me in touch with him for the interviews that appeared on here

I used to speak to Tony at most games home and away.
I remember him bringing 45’s to the Vetch on match days for the DJ to play.
Very sad news.
