Don't hear that quite so much these days tbh as the incorrect use of 'woke' seems to have replaced it.

It stopped when those throwing the phrase around were called it also. They dont like it up 'em the thin skinned venal hypocrites.

Let's face it, everyone knows what 'woke' means now, it has transformed into a different meaning, from the text on google, a derivative could be plebs, or something similar.

I'm sure plebs was so 80's?, but I guess it's the same thing.
