Any idea where to look. I've tried Uswitch and Compare the market but my eyes nearly bled.

Sky want to up my current 53 quid a month to 84!

Lifelong - I still owe you a bottle of Penderyn from the last time

I guess it depends on what you want with your TV package.

I'm looking too. A lot depends on the broadband speed you're after.

Happy with entertainment, Netflix, kids and broadband.

Spoke to sky earlier and they said I don't need to upgrade until March but were coy on matching what I have

I bought a free view box and recorder last year as I was paying sky over £100, I have Netflix,Prime and use Now tv to supply Sky Sports on special deals.

I have super fast Broadband with BT as both the wife and i have been working from home and on the video links meetings all day that costs £40 a month and is apparently going up when my contract expires.

I use the Martin Lewis site to search for the best deals and there are plenty out there.

I probably need to do the same. I reckon that we are £100 plus by the time the HD and multi room options are added on. The monthly bill (including broadband) was £90 several years back and it’s surely gone up since then.

The best I've seen for fast broadband is ee 500 for 40 a month. 900 will cost about a tenner more, shit speeds under 150 are about a tenner less. I haven't been looking at Virgin as they don't cover where I'm moving to.

Sky with movies, ultra HD and multitoom is about 59

Is it worth speaking with those guys in the quadrant who try to accost you?

Tell 'em your going to F.O. They might offer you something decent, worth a try.👍

Surely super fast broadband is a luxury that we can afford to do without?

How does 50 Mbps change your lives over 10 Mbps. If you’re not working from home and in a position that requires the super high speed then don’t get hooked into a contract that you don’t need.

As I'm a mobile worker a chunk of my week needs reliable Internet for Teams etc.

I'm 200+ miles away but may do something similar

Aye same here. My point is that you don't need to go for super fast options in order to accomplish what you have to.

I have previously used loads of providers on the standard 10mb packages and just had constant drop outs or delay, my Mrs is literally in one meeting after another generally at a pretty high level, she cannot do her job without a good quality broadband service, it looks like we might be returning to our respective offices soon in which case i might change from BT if the cost becomes too much.

To be honest though the service has been so good I don’t mind paying it, i have a detached building in my garden that i use as a gym and i stream sport or Netflix when i am in there with no problem as well. They also have the guaranteed WIFI coverage thing as well.
