Mitchell Bates, And Malik Cadogan on for Walsh and Naughton

Gone a bit scrappy

Not sure how we will ever get Walsh match fit if he never plays 90 mins.. are we still protecting his legacy injuries

The conditions were pretty poor and he had done enough to show Duff who was watching the game.

Personally thought quite a few of the U21 team particularly Sam Parker and Liam Smith showed some skill and plenty of hard work. Nathan Otjoeo looked a lot bulkier than the last time i saw him and is skilful as most Dutch players are, not afraid to get stuck in either.

Good crowd with plenty of kids from the soccer camp watching.

Smith is too good for u21s football. Should be with the first team. Not sure why Duff has shown no interest in him. Maybe just because he's small.

Totally agree and although small is strong and aggressive, does get forward well and works hard you do wonder why he is not selected for 1st team even if on the bench especially when we have been short of pace out wide with Ginnelly injured.

I though the same about Fletcher.
In the squad for Saturday??

I don’t think he can be involved unless one of the other loan signings are out of our matchday squad, I think maybe he’s training with the first team instead.
