I’ve said this for ages. Baffling how he’s got that job. Lovely guy and that, but are we really going to trust him to nurture the youngsters in to the way we want them to play when/if they get to the first team?

I haven’t seen the team put out to be fair but that’s still a shocker.

For a club that relies on player trading me we need to get this sorted and quick.
