• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

There will be outgoings, with considerable fees surely before we even contemplating spending a penny on a fee.

Maybe not considerable fees. Say we get £5m for Ayew that would free up £9m if estimates of salary are true.

Even in the first summer after relegation we found £3m for Celina and a couple of other big fees. Say what you want about the owners, if money is available they spend it. Poorly for the most part granted.

Yup especially if we move Rodon on for £10m - injuries may scupper that I guess.

A few sensible, shrewd signings would freshen things up substantially. We absolutely do not need to spend big, especially in the current climate to give us that little push. Whether we rate Cooper or not he largely showed he is capable of producing results if not delivering performances

I really hope that this is a load of bollocks. I’m not convinced by Woodman and it would be good to have Benda waiting in the wings. In Tremmel we trust.

Nobody will pay more than £5m for Rodon

So, in a nutshell, this absolute banger Nixon, who gets most wrong than right, has jumped on the news that Woodman has signed another loan with us, and has made up a load of bollxs, non story, that Benda is on his way back to Germany...

He gets re-tweets ✅

And a thread dedicated to his fantasy tweet on PS ✅

Its a load of bollxs lads

To be honest Nixon gets its about 95 percent right with swans stuff. Would be very disappointed if Benda leaves though he's a talent. Quite a few clubs looking at him

He used to be really reliable, had the Govea and Celina signings called weeks before they actually happened, seems to have gone off the boil lately though.

A stopped clock is correct twice per day.

I think we need to keep Benda as backup or loan out again as he's still young enough and seems to be improving. I'm sure the powers that be will take any money from any good offer though.

Twitter once more, but I have seen a link to Dai Cornell as a backup. He’s available on a free

He improved because he went away from Swansea.
We haven't had a decent goalkeeping coach since Javier Garcia left.
