I dont use this word often but she is scum.

Beast of Bolsover said it too a T.

She was in intelligence! she was on the wrong side of the road.

Shame on her.

The woman is a disgrace to humankind. How she can look mothers of children in the eyes is beyond me.
She is of nazi ilk

I doubt very much that she set out to kill, and of course in the real world, she’d end up in court over it, but she has diplomatic immunity.
End of story

Are you suggesting this was premeditated ?

Are you sure? I think you might be wrong there. Diplomatic immunity is granted to the partner of someone working for the intelligence service but an American court has ruled that she was working for the service herself and therefore is not to covered by the rule. It sounds odd but I’m sure I’ve read that, look it up.

The statement in a US court that Anne Sacoolas was a US intelligence official is a potentially enormous and important twist in the family's fight for justice - and it raises further questions about what the Foreign Office knew about her status in the UK.

The US long ago signed an agreement that its staff at RAF Croughton could not claim diplomatic immunity for actions beyond their duties. In other words, they could be potentially prosecuted for a crime.

But the High Court ruled last year that Ms Sacoolas had diplomatic immunity because that deal - known as a waiver - did not include the dependants of US staff.

It was an extraordinary and unintended loophole that has now been closed under a revised agreement between the countries.

If Ms Sacoolas did indeed work for US intelligence, that could mean the US had no right to claim in 2019 that she had immunity in the first place. Her actions may have been covered under the Croughton waiver, or another US-UK agreement that we don't know about.

And that's why the family now want the Foreign Office to clarify what her status was.
