I'm not sure where that comparison comes from.. Mitrovic was excellent a holding the ball up and was deceptively quick and a lot of his goals were headers where he dominated CB's

Iwan Roberts' standard of punditry would suggest he's clocked they're both Eastern European strikers who are playing/played in the Championship and that was enough of a similarity for him.
