Just watched this!
Matos really does look like a right character!
Probably exactly what we need, someone who is passionate, funny and hopefully (more importantly) a very good manager.
Feels like a breath of fresh air, listening to that and his other interviews.
He definitely makes sense and says what most of us fans see from the stands.
A win tonight and hopefully we grow a little bit more confident again before a very tough trip to stoke.
