So where's the leftie snowflake outrage, mass vilification and ruined careers/reputations that we were assured would happen as soon as a team "broke ranks"?

I would of taken a knee to show solidarity after the George Floyd incident for example, but is it really necessary for them to be doing it every single game? They were still doing it in the play offs ffs.

Anyone know if this is carrying on into next season?

This whole thing will lose racial equality many supporters and bring division.

Looks like our right-wing snowflakes are inventing it themselves. Bless.

Not quite Wakefield's entire team.

"There was a poignant moment before kick-off when Wigan's French and Wakefield prop David Fifita both took a knee for Black Lives Matter draped under an indigenous Australian Aboriginal flag." https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/53665490

The other Wakefield players stood in solidarity with a team mate whose religion forbids him kneeling for anyone other than god.

Wakefield trinity have firmly expressed their support for BVLM.

All of which goes against the gammon narrative many of whom are saying Wakefield T is now their team because they didn't kneel. You know, The people who throughout June and July were saying all lives matter and are now saying sink the migrant boats in the channel.

Oh. That's inconvenient for the snowflakes.

Click in to the tweet and read the comments. Snowflakery everywhere from both sides of the argument.

I wish the UK didn’t always slavishly follow trends from over the pond. It can have the opposite effect of what is intended. The UK is not the US - yet. Slippery slope though.

Whatever happens in the US happens here a month later, anyway, I've had a tit full of BLM and all this knee bending crap.

I couldn’t care less about the knee bending but by doing it over and over and over again they’ve just normalised it and taken the purpose away from it.
It’s a bit like clapping for the NHS,nobody gave a fuck in the end.

Agree. Media/Social Media hype. Same with a good TV series. They never know when to call it a day.

I think they should have a designated day for it like they do for Poppy Day.
