The most obvious choice being drop a centre back and revert to a back four.
The guy oozed class when he came on yesterday.

I posted exactly this at half time yesterday, a no brainer for me ...
 
Be nicer if Russ gets his wallet out for Grimes; that would be jackpot.

Unless a large sum it wouldn't be jackpot for me. We would be left with Fulton and/or Joe whose fitness cannot be relied on for a whole season in front of defence.

Obviously I used the jackpot to indicate it would be a chunk.

That said; I’ve been of the opinion for a few seasons now that Grimes is a major problem for us being undroppable due to him being captain.

Clear to see he has the ability to be a real asset but far too often he crabs it. The amount of times he receives a pass and doesn’t move it forward fast and then chooses to go back to defenders which then puts them under more pressure after the opposition have pushed up.
