Steve Cooper was in particular cliche bingo mood on Sunday morning as he prepared his side to try and put the disappointment of three straight defeats behind them and focus on the job in hand which is the visit of Preston to the Liberty on Monday afternoon. Defeats to Bournemouth, Cardiff and Birmingham...

Good work Phil and much appreciated, but I'd rather stick a dog turd in my eye than take precious time to read whatever bolloxs Cooper has to spout.

Time for the talking to be shown on the pitch rather from Coopers gob.

He has over exhausted the excuses now and it's not washing.

Rather him say that they were rubbish and he needs to sort it out rather than the predictable and boring rubbish we know comes after every game.

To nick and amend an alleged quote from LBJ about Walter Kronkite, If Cooper has lost Planetswans, he's lost the fanbase.

Bet he is hoping deep down the fans won't come back soon, he knows what will come if they do.

I think he will be gone in the summer, some team won't look deep into his job here and will see the league position and come calling.....if there is a god🤞

Wonder if he's thought of giving some others a go? Probably not can't see anything other than him bringing Hourihane in. The strike force is tried and trusted. No goals last three games. However a bit of service for them might help.

Yes. Just remind me how many goals Hourihane has created...

If that’s the only change (for Smith or Fulton), it would be pathetic.

Is that Sonja Kristina? I had some nice times with her when I was 13.

I must admit, the level of vitriol aimed in Hourihane's direction is baffling me a little bit. He's a proven promotion winner. A standout player in a team that achieved what we want to achieve, averaging a goal or assist every two games yet in some quarters he's almost directly responsible for our lack of form.

I think it was pretty conclusively proven on Friday that Hourihane is not responsible for our form. He should be in even if he just takes set pieces after watching Grimes again, and for his ability to at least score a goal. My point is, if he’s the only change and we keep playing Cooperball, it will make no odds.

Yep. Cooperball is the beginning and end of our problems. It's seen naturally talented attacking players stifled and/or bombed out completely.

he has got to change to 433. but then again the only player with real pace is out on loan to swindon.
