We're f**ked

I thought a lot of our players were weak in the tackle today, always second best in a 50:50, and Yates was one of the worst, not good for our supposed big, muscley centre forward.
Many were also lacking basic skill at key moments.
Witness Paterson's inability to hit the target with his volley when given it on a plate 20 yards out within 30 seconds of coming on as sub.
And was it Pato again who couldn't beat the first defender when we had a free kick on the wing in the last minute and all the Swans defenders and striker were lined up in the penalty area.
This drives me to distraction while I'm watching on the tinternet. The air in my study turned blue this afternoon. Feckin useless c*nts.

"Many were also lacking basic skill at key moments."

This, this, and this

I said that on here after the West Brom game only to be ridiculed by those who were conned by the Yank’s propaganda. You can’t win a game with 7 defensive players.

Oh I don’t know. We would have won today if they could actually defend.

Anyone see us completing the duble again this season?

I’m glad you didn’t write, can anyone see a doube again this season. I fear there might be a few ‘yes’ men.

Gone a bit early with f*cked tbh.

It's not been a great start but to be fair to Duff, there were signs today of us passing the ball quicker through the thirds, we looked good in spells.

I remain sceptical about his appointment in general but tbf today was better than the previous performances and he deserves far more time than to be written off before August is out.

Let's see where we are after 12 league games. That'll give us a fair idea of what we can expect.

I'm taking comfort from the fact that we have been "in" all the games and we haven't lost to any direct "rivals". Maybe the 'Diff game is at the right time. Those games rarely conform to form...

Yep. But the happy clappers will tell us all it’s a “process” and Duff is the next Pep Guardiola and we need to have patience etc etc heard it all before.

Crap owners, crap players, crap manager = relegation dogfight 23/24 season

We can only pray that your little club finally end up back where you belong in League 2 with all the other minnows of football. South Wales is only big enough for 1 football club and that is the club with the biggest stadium, catchment area and population. You guys are a busted flush and have been over achieving for far too long, now is your time to go back to the likes of playing other small clubs. 👍

Well your praying has done fuck all for 15 years so maybe its time for a new approach.

Right and let's be honest, is there any pressure on us?

We can handle losing 1 derby game in 5

Imagine if they don't win  there can't be much left of the c**ts to for it eat at them anymore.

Sneaking a couple more of dad's cans in before you're back to school on Monday is it butt?

As bad as we currently are, we all know you lot will bottle it again. So when it happens, do us a favour and crawl back into the fckn drain from which you've raised yer head.

Do I care if you beat us twice in a season? That’s the only reason to be a fan of little Swansea Town and that’s the only time you sell out your little concrete ground which proves that. You will always be bitter little fans begrudging why your were brought up as fans of a minnow club. 😂

Pull yer trousers up pal, you must be done by now.

I’m fairness to Duff, some of the players are still playing with the Martin mentality.
I think he’ll come good eventually. No need to panic…yet

If I had to put money on it, I don't think he'll come good. I've never seen a manager turn a reasonably organised team into a mess in such a short space of time.

But having said that, he needs time and I hope he does have what it takes to get us playing as a unit and turn things around.
