What has changed in 12 months?

On 1st Feb LAST year, someone posted on here:

"It would be interesting to see a re-run of the goals we have conceded this season. Acres of room for teams, somehow you would think there would be something to learn from. What's that saying about doing the same thing but expecting a different outcome?"

Does anyone think this situation will still persist in February 2024?
