Hope no one is suffering to badly with this problem.

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis some years ago and luckily don’t get huge trouble. My medication seems to keep the big attacks at bay 🤞.
I get the odd day where I feel a little achy but on the whole it’s not so bad.

Had Xray on my left knee yesterday, I've had 2 ops on it already over the years and three on my right knee, Doc reckons I'm gone need a knee replacement, but he also thinks the ligament is damaged :(

Problem is that I can't avoid kneeling in my job, he was ready to put me on the sick, but I'll end up sitting around all day scoffing and getting fatter, fuk that, between my knee's and my erratic BP I've have a gutsful of getting old and I still go another 4 years before I retire.
