Wrecsam

Wales were unbeatable at the racecourse at one time. Be nice to see games moved from the Lego piggery to North Wales (I know we have a claim too…but I’m thinking North/South which is two different universes and why Wales can never be united as a country, like Scotland is.)

You know you said the other day you were worried you were getting wound up by them?

Just ignore them. I have zero interest in their ground, what stands they are or are not building, the capacity of their away support, what players they are signing (other than O’Brien because I think we should have signed him), etc.

At least, I have as much interest as I would have if Plymouth were building a stand, or Cheltenham or any other club.

Who cares. It will be vaguely interesting to see if their ‘football as a TV show’ has a ceiling, but only in passing.

Some may not believe me, but I have the same level of interest in Wrexham as I have in, say, Preston or Bristol City. The fact they are Welsh (just about) holds little water with me. Am I hoping they do well or not? I really don’t care.

I have very little faith in anything - but I do have faith in the Championship being the most brutal league in world football. Wrexham have their fair share of (errm) experienced players - but the sheer relentless physicality paired with quality will (I confidently predict) be a real shock to their system.
They will likely start well - and then the reality of the grind will start to find them out.

Disagree with last line. Looking at their fixtures I can see a high probability they will lose 5 of the 1st 9 regardless of Moore, Erikson ect. Derby County came up last season with almost an identical record and a squad full of championship players already

Erickson. Small fry.

I have it on good authority that we are in the process of bringing Messi on board. Talks are ongoing.

Deal will be 100% financed by Snoop Dog whose a great friend of his. Snoop setting up a company to employ Messi and pay his wages. He will then be loaned to us at zero cost so no PSR issues.

He is also in discussions with Antoine Griezman.

I'm not on twitter. Any of you twits want to post that on twitter, maybe even on their account and watch the demented reactions it will get.

Just as long as everyone knows that these Jonny come lately Wrexham fans are creaming themselves thinking that they are our "new rivals" reading this thread. And they will be all over this. Come on ffs get grip mun 😂
