Young man dies in Swansea prison

Hmm, odd, isn't it? Was he doing it via mobile phone or summat rather than physically wandering the streets?

I'm actually surprised more folks aren't dying in Swansea prison.

Stalking, even without causing fear, alarm, or distress, is still a criminal offense under UK law. The key factor is the "course of conduct" that is targeted at an individual, causing them to feel harassed. While fear, alarm, or distress are not required for a conviction under Section 2A of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, it can be a factor in sentencing.

Thank you.
It’s an interesting one I can’t help wondering what he did wrong and why he was locked for something that on the surface doesn’t seem worthy of being locked up.

It feels wrong to speculate when someone has lost their life, but the family's statement about him certainly gave the impression of someone who could fail to understand why someone didn't want anything to do with him romantically.

Thank you.

Perhaps he was sitting on a suspended sentence or perhaps he had been to prison before...
If you look up his name with a guy called Luker Lawson. You will get a further insight why he may have been in nick. Still sad though.
