Zia Yusuf resigns as Reform UK chairman
Zia Yusuf says he no longer believes working to get a Reform government "is a good use of my time".

I assume he’s finally discovered mirrors and realised the the party isn’t for him.
You should only use that word when it’s justified like I do. You won’t find me getting all uppity about it. Only people who it applies to get all sensitive about that word.Racist!
I’ve always been interested in that as a phenomenon. Same with Suella Braverman.I assume he’s finally discovered mirrors and realised the the party isn’t for him.

Badenoch too, but she’s even more stupid than Braverman.I’ve always been interested in that as a phenomenon. Same with Suella Braverman.
There’s quite obviously nothing whatsoever wrong with anyone of any ethnicity being a firm believer in any brand of politics. I’ve no time for the ‘one size fits all’ lot that you sometimes find on the extreme left.
But for a politician from an ethnic minority heritage to support an extreme right position on immigration / Muslims etc seems utterly bizarre to me. It’s as though they think they won’t be caught up in the whole ‘chuck them out’ movement that so many of their followers so firmly embrace.
I think Sunak was taken aback and indeed devastated when he heard the way that the Reform lot spoke of him and his family. I think it may have contributed to him thinking enough is enough.
But Yusuf, who seems like a bright bloke, has always really made me confused. Slightly less so with Braverman who’s as thick as two short planks.
They’re only concerned with women’s rights though. Honest.Given the apparent widespread approval in the party for their new MP's suggestion to ban the burka, the mask is slipping already when it comes to Reform and (some) of the people attracted to that party.

Yeah, she is an absolute idiot. As is Jenrick in the interest of balance.Badenoch too, but she’s even more stupid than Braverman.
Jenrick is hilarious though. In an Alan Partridge way.Yeah, she is an absolute idiot. As is Jenrick in the interest of balance.
Do you know i say exactly the same in work about workshy people, call a grafter lazy and they'll laugh, call a slacker lazy and all hell breaks loose...You should only use that word when it’s justified like I do. You won’t find me getting all uppity about it. Only people who it applies to get all sensitive about that word.
Aye. They protest loudly as a defence mechanism cos they know it’s true. Sad really.Do you know i say exactly the same in work about workshy people, call a grafter lazy and they'll laugh, call a slacker lazy and all hell breaks loose...
I know a Chinese woman whose parents brought her here from Hong Kong as a child 30 years ago for a better life that is Frog chops mad and wants to stop anyone else having that opportunity, especially from Hong Kong. She's a qualified and experienced FCA. I just don't get it, really don't.I’ve always been interested in that as a phenomenon. Same with Suella Braverman.
