Michel Vorm comes face to face next weekend with one of his rivals for the Dutch No 1 spot
Vorm will line up at the opposite end of the pitch to Tim Krul at Newcastle as the Swans go in search of their first away victory of the season.
And Vorm told the Evening Postย “I speak with Tim all the time. He’s a good guy and he’s also doing very well
“It’s very important for Dutch football that two goalkeepers are doing well in the Premier League. It’s very good for the national team.
“It’s fantastic. When they sing your name it gives you so much energy,” said the 28-year-old.
“I love it here. I live by the beach and it’s great.
“Saturday was a good win but everybody knows we must do better away.
“Newcastle is a difficult one, but if we keep the concentration and mentality we show at home we will be a tough team to beat.
“If we can’t win away we have to make sure we get points at home and at the moment it’s going very well at home.”
