I'd be delighted with a mid table finish which I think we will just about scrape, however our squad is very thin, we are one or two injuries away from some major struggles.

With the signings we have made I would be happy with and confident of a top half finish. If we are able to pad out the permanent signings we have made with one or two more and make good use of the loan market to add strength in depth then we could possibly knock on the door of the top 6.

Where will we finish? I wouldn't bet on any finish apart from outside the top 6. Our new signings could be good but apart from the Keeper they've not played over here. I remember being optimistic last year with all our signings. That soon went out the window. Mid table, enjoying the game and no faffing about at the back will do me this season.

Based on the goal kicks recently I think we are in for a season of faffing about, well at least the start of the season
