• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

I might be in the minority when it comes to actually liking Cabango, never lets us down, always gives his all and is a nice lad.

The lad can't pass water though 😂

A move to Celtic would be a great move for him.
I think he gets a lot of unfair stick considering he is still relatively young at 24 and been a regular for the previous 4 seasons in a championship.

He'd be fine if he wasn't asked to stuff that he can't do.

He'd have won the PL in the centre of Leicester's defence in 2016 or whenever it was they won it.

Exactly.

The lad is decent in the air and will always put his body on the line.

Its when he's asked to play like Bobby Moore is when he struggles.

I like Ben and think we're lucky to have him.

He isn't young with regard to how many games he's played. He is at his ceiling with us ability wise.

Not sure myself. Celtic is building a squad that would be capable of getting out of the group stage of the Champions League. Too big a step up for Ben, unfortunately, in my humble opinion.

Can't fault the blokes effort but lets be fair he would probably fall over his own legs walking out of the tunnel... called Cabungle for a reason

Don't forget that Tony Adams was known as donkey Adams for years, he was far from it though......just goes to prove how harsh and wrong fans can be.
Adams matured in his late 20s and cut out his mistakes, he then developed into a superb defender with little to few errors.
Not comparing the 2 but just highlighting the similarities in being young defenders mocked. I would say that Adams had played around the same amount of games at 24 aswell.

There will be plenty of Championship teams and higher up the pyramid eyeing up Cabango with his current contract situation.

Cabango has no pace and his passing game is suspect, also a bit of a ball watcher at times. He is playing at his level at a push.

Straight swap with Carter Vickers, Gimme a hell Yeah........ :ROFLMAO:

Graduate in work with me was in school with Ben, reckons he had the talent to make it in first class rugby as well. Also said he is one of the dullest blokes he knows 🤣

Many Celtic supporters will tell you losing Matt O'Riley to Brighton was a massive blow, but most will agree, that selling CCV would have been a catastrophe. An absolute colossus of a player, that any team wanting success would build thier side around...

We had him CCV here and he had his doubters as per, laughable as it is.

His father was a decent Rugby player, Ben is a class cricketer as well, his father may have played as well, but I don't know.

Ask your graduate how much money he's got in the bank and is it as much has Ben got, he had the talent and used it well at the end of the day he's wasn't or isn't that dull after all :ROFLMAO:
