• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Both not involved.
Wouldnt suprise me that Abbey went back to Olympiacos and Pederson has a move lined up in Jan.

Let’s hope so, pointless having loans if we don’t use them.

Aye, I can see plenty of clubs willing to pay Pedersen the £18k a week he's leeching off us. 😂
We only need one and it only needs to be one that would pat a certain % just as Sheff Wed did last Jan.

Not going to happen though is it, at best he'll be looking for a massive settlement to move on as a free agent, and that will be too rich for us in our predicament.

If we ever get into a position where we're two or three goals ahead with five minutes to go, Williams ought to bring on Abbey for some match experience alongside Bango. Send Darling up front in place of Vip.

Couldn't tell you at this stage.
Would have thought it was a no go for him to move on last Jan but it happened.
It's a funny window in Jan and I wouldn't rule anything out.
One thing for certain, he won't have a renewal off us come the summer.

Aye true dat brother 😂👍

From what Williams has said, he sounds like he is a Pedersen fan. To be fair to him, he didn't play that bad and fitted alright in the back when he was needed. Have questions over Christie. And Abbey seems to light weight in his brief stint in the back. With Darling and Cabango you get 2 large-ish centre backs. The issue we have is. Darling won't sign. Just can't see it. Cabango I think will. But let's hope 2 of them do. We still need some solid back up though.

Pedersen has been an absolutely honking signing.

The new owners should write up the history for this, pin it to the walls of every club office as a stark reminder of how not to do it. There’s been a few million flushed down the toilet with this one.

Pedersen, imo, is pound for pound just as bad a signing as Clucas, money down the drain and continues to be...

I reckon that Clucas deal probably cost us fourteen million.

Let that sink in. Fourteen million.

It makes me feel queasy.
