• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Have to get a result against this lot surely.

Not good if we draw to bottom of the league Pompey and then lose to this pile of shit. But it's okay because we put in a great effort against Leeds...
I'm normally over critical (wot, moi?) but I'm going to stick up for us. That should have been two draws against Burnley and Leeds and a burial of Portsmouth after giving a two goal start. I know we have to put the ball in the net and stop the soft goal crap in our net, but I don't think fortune is smiling on us. Today on a dry pitch with normal December weather, I'd fancy us to control these and pick them off. I still have a problem with some selections, substitutions, positioning and tactics, that have caused us to drop points that we needn't have and that's on Williams, but if he can stop his nonsense, I think we aren't that far away from getting the best from what we have.

Winger with the initials MPH people must have thought he is fucking rapid.
Would very much like to see him replaced at half time by Eom.
Don’t know how the conditions would affect Eom though.

We really aren't far away Mon. Pompey was a freak result given the chances we missed/keeper wonder save. Never expected anything against Leeds and we were cheated out at Burnley.

Still fancy us second half

I get that Mon but these issues have been with us for years and we've been saying "if only we had luck" or "if only we cut out the mistakes."

Nothing ever changes and we can't keep making excuses. Especially when QPR and Portsmouth are winning. It's a thin line between being unlucky and being dragged into it by losing winnable games.
