• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Key is just the latest to go backwards from any promise shown when he first came. Can add Vig to that now too. When did he last make a real save?

Our 'coaches' are garbage. We need a full clear out and get some actual proper ones.

Don't you dare talk down to Marge and Sheez, masterminds of the Blueprint.

Ask him to play as a normal full back and not Alexander Arnold and we have a decent player on our hands.

Josh Key is fine going up and down the pitch when confined to the right-hand flank, occasionally heading inwards in the final 3rd to give options when attacking and giving space to whatever poor soul we've got on the wing. He gained a reputation as a great asset for us doing that.

Push him into the middle and things start to go south fairly quickly. When we brought on Naughton yesterday after the Darling red and put Key in a central role with Naughts out wide it seemed really odd to me.

Key has been a clusterfuk the last few games. Cost us personally a few goals. His form has disappeared quite irrationally and gone from a first pick to should he be in the matchday squad

There is a half tidy player inside Key.
Another one whose confidence looks shot to sh1te.
Josh Tymon seems to be heading the same way as does Vigaroux and a few others
VP is another. We don't get the ball to him in the right areas, then blame him because he's not scoring. After all, he has 5 or 6 touches all game in the middle of the field, so should be scoring 10 every game. A striker needs to be playing regularly and getting some sort of service to get confidence.
People who are disheartened in work, tend not to be productive or interested.

Not prepared to let the players off for showing no signs of pride or determination to do their job to the best of their ability.
Or even giving 80-90% of effort (think some are showing as little as 20% effort)
But the coaching staff from LW down need to examine themselves.
They're the ones coaching a game plan

He's not doing it now at fault for anumber of goals this month
Most of the mistakes are giving the ball away in the final third.

When he's asked to play as a natural full back he is a completely different player.

It's crazy to think, but didn't Swansea have one of the best defences in the EFL in the first ten games of this season? I may be wrong, but I remember hearing it somewhere.

Key is definitely Championship class, at the moment his confidence is shot to bits, he's making too many stupid mistakes, I genuinely felt for the lad on Saturday.
