• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

To be frank, I don't care who he picks as they've mostly been shit this season. And we hardly have an abundance of riches to pick from. I'd just like to see a bit of a fucking effort. Bizarrely, I think we'll win, which is good in helping stay up, but, badly, keeps Luke in his job.

Going more in hope than expextation to Ashton Gate. How many tickets have we sold? Not many I suspect, given the gloom around the place. If nothing else I'm looking forward to seeing some life in O'Brien

I saw someone on twitter claiming they'd spoken to the ticket office and we've sold about 1500 a few days ago. Which is pretty respectable considering the shit we're currently putting up with.

If we'd made a few more encouraging signings on deadline day, I'm sure we'd have sold out.

I can't even be bothered to go 15 miles to see if it's as bad in the flesh as on the telly. Mainly because if I'm there, I can't turn the buggers off!

Over 1,800 as of yesterday I heard. 👍🏼

Always gonna sell for the Wurzels regardless of how we're playing. Biggest English Derby. Hostile. Etc.
Remember seeing Legg make his debut there and the year later Salako ripping them apart.

I always want us to win like all of us and hoped that us losing last week was final nail. But these twisted mind games to myself aren't gonna work. I have to back Williams, even if it makes me sick. As we need the points. Get safety in championship and I'll restart my vengeance tour on Williams 😂😂

I agree with all except I can't back Williams 😁

I was a student in Bristol when I saw the Salako masterclass and also saw a Leighton James arrow of a shot grab us a 1-0 in 1980. Those were the days my friend..

Every fan seems to outdo LW in election, substitution, and tactics these days, he has lost the plot, berating his players, chairman, etc.,. If this was the one to make us a free scoring attacking team he has failed, but now Grimes is dumped, can we please concentrate on moving forward with the idea of attempting to score for a change. If we lose to Jonglers Williams is toast!
