Since Martin has left Southampton Flynny is no longer the golden child .

He also doesn't want to return to the Championship either

I hope things work out for him. He was never a problem for us and made us a better side, unfortunately things might not have gone how he’d hoped but he’s had a go and is good enough to settle somewhere else in the top division.

Yeah he wanted a move to Crystal Palace if I remember, so they ended up putting him in the reserves.
