• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Alan Sheehan on Blackburn Rovers | Press Conference

I could only listen to three and half minutes of that.

We need a new manager in asap and this guy needs moving on straight afterwards.

He seems another that has a hold over Coleman. He's been there throughout our decent into hellball.

"ultimately we've not been scoring enough goals and conceding too many" 🤣

Questions were stupid, really pig stupid.

He did say training has been different, so let's see.

The questions weren't great, his answers were frigging awful. The bloke lacks charisma.

He's all we have until the new guy comes in. I hope to God he's moved on after that.

I'm sure he is a nice enough guy but to move on as a club, we need to get rid of the Paul Watson links.

New managers/coach would normally want their own team.

Will we put restrictions on whoever we employ or will there be a 2nd stage clear out.

That was a hard watch he looked as if he was going to cry, says some decent things but fuck me. Was he like that when he took over from Duff?

I don't think it has anything to do with Watson. The bloke is just completely uninspiring.

Too much negativity around the club of late and I'm hoping his footballing ethos doesn't align with the new guy.

Alan, Alan, are you in there? The game starts in 20 minutes, the players are waiting for their pep talk

He didn’t seem one bit happy to be doing this again, maybe he wants out himself.

I think it's just a combination of his personality and playing as straight a bat as possible in this interview. I'm sure he's aware of the opportunity he has to make a good impression, maybe more so than last time. As they mentioned in the interview, he's since got his UEFA Pro License, so I'd say he's got ambitions to be a manager, so this is a great opportunity for him.

He's just trying a bit too hard to be cool and detached given the circumstances, but the result is he's coming across like a hostage video participant...And to be fair, how weird would it be if he was all super exited and smiles after his head coach got binned with the club dropping like a stone.
