New Manager

We’re gonna end up with some other copy and paste no hoper. Most clubs have a shortlist when they give a manager the chop. We’ve sat fiddling while Rome burns.

It's like fucking groundhog Day at this club; this will be exactly like the last managerial search, with no clue and bumbling around for a fraud that we can afford.

Would Raphael Wicky be a realistic option 😳
He turned down West Brom, is he any good then?

Actually one of his backroom staff refused to go and one failed a visa I believe so the deal to WB fell through.

Ironically perhaps if Luke had answered similarly when WBA were linked then we wouldn't be in such a mess and the Willy would still be in a job.

Funny old world
I think our clubs nickname should be changed to " The Loons " too it would be very apt, but that reply of his ( Ramsey ) ive seen given plenty of times over here by managers who then do exaxtly the opposite and are anounced as the new boss of the poaching club 5 days later.

He didn't shoot anything down.
No the usual standard type thing.

I’ve had no contact (directly) I’m happy and focused on what I’m doing here.

M.O.T like comment only worth the test on the day.
Tomorrow onwards things can change.

I don't think there's any plan in place for an immediate hire.
Coleman has proven himself to be very reactionary - not at all proactive.
I bet the plan is to hope Sheehan gets the points to keep us up & we'll have someone in over the Summer.
The obvious problem is what happens if Sheehan can't turn things around?

100% the plan, and I don't think its the worst one either depending on the next 2/3 games. A win in one of them and it may be the smarter option to delay the process and get someone in we are more certain about rather then any rushed appointment. Tomorrow will set things into motion either way

To be fair a lot of managers won’t want to come in now at this point as well, so maybe we could get some agreement for the summer once survival is confirmed.

I hope there's work going on in the background because if we lose tomorrow and at Preston, sticking with Sheehan and hoping we'll survive will be looking sick.
Coleman needs to be talking to potential managers and to have a plan should Sheehan start poorly.
