Yes - I wish more people would take on Board that another country designated the "Capitol" of our nation. They just happened to have the largest population (and not by much) when London decided. If they had done this earlier it would have been us or any other place. There are historical places that could have been the Capital. I think Cardigan or Machynlleth are historical contenders. No it was that shithole thanks to the tory cockwombles in the big smoke.

That really must be weird for them. The reality is that, for me, illustrates how the Island is actually Briton and the people are Britons and really all Welsh and it just happens that a fairly good while ago, some axe wielding crazies sailed here took over some settlements on the east and expanded. Then ended up calling themselves english after a few more crazies from other places including France did the same.
Fast forward a few centuries and they are fighting in a pub over the same place with different names. The major difference is this side of the Offas dyke didn't give in and call ourselves English

I jest - I would miss the derby but the glee of seeing them battling it out in league one and possibly panicking about not making it back up would be too good to miss.

I don't see the issue with them claiming that we're interested in them. It wouldn't be a rivalry if we weren't. And I hate the bastards.

Yes, I could do with a few seasons without any derbies. I'd rather face them again in a bigger position of strength.

People who try to play things down do so for a reason.

In their case, aside from the odd victory here and there, recent years have shown that they as a whole can't touch us.

I am conflicted. I don't want to see any Welsh team get relegated, and I don't want to see the team in the capital go down, because its the Welsh capital. But ... but I do enjoy more than a little schadenfreude when Cardiff lose and relegation would be just oh so funny.

I have a solution, chuck Cardiff out of Wales - solves all the problems.

I'd love them to go down as they won't be no Birmingham. I won't miss the derbies as the bubble is shite. But to go out of business ? No. I hate them but then I'd have no real hate. Man City and Man Utd are my closest dislikes but nowhere to the level of those tossers.
