Looked to me like she panicked and fell off when he quite rightly asked her WTF she was doing? The sense of entitlement on some people is bewildering.

As for Dazzler driving off at the lights - I get it but that would probably kill her and it would be the wrong thing to do.

You need to look again, indeed she panicked and was in the process of getting down, but he struck her on the right leg.
