I was thinking about a holiday to the USA sometime in the next couple of years.
Forget it! No way am I going there in the next three and a half years at least.
The strong contender for my holiday dollars now is Canada, which I've never been to and would love to visit.

I know its a huge diverse country, I've been many times before, and 48% of the voters didn't vote for him, but I'm not spending one cent in support of the US economy until he's f*cked off.

You're not wrong about the wonderful places in the US. I've been lucky to see a lot of the states and then spent my honeymoon in Canada (Vancouver and the Rockies).

Comparing the two, I'd say Canada is the more attractive destination even without the buffoon in the White House. I can completely understand anyone's reluctance to visit the country right now given the insular attitudes that are being promoted over there.

That's fair enough. I've just got back from New York and am likely to go to Florida next year while my son is still the right age for the theme parks, so I'm not lecturing anyone. I also wouldn't knock anyone for choosing to steer clear of the country either personally.

I’m with you comrade, fuck America and all who sail in her. Same goes for Musk and his Tesla’s as well. Not like there aren’t plenty of other magnificent countries to visit or electric cars to buy.

Innit, I know loads of folk who've been, and to a man they all say it's fantastic, and yet I still couldnt care less. Each to their own aye. BTW. Never seen Modern Family either.
