Any truth that one of them has just inherited a few billion?
Which one is that?If you believe the online chatter then they’re worth a total of 18 billion, which is mad all things considered.
Think it was mentioned Morse, Cravatt, Cohen & Morris combined worth is 18 billion with the rumoured inheretenceWhich one is that?
Think it's more Morse and Popstefanov with regards having the most wealth. Nigel Morris isn't short of a few nob but what I am led to believe the former are the ones with a lot of clout.Think it was mentioned Morse, Cravatt, Cohen & Morris combined worth is 18 billion with the rumoured inheretence
Kaplan was supposedly the money man but wasn't his net worth only around 15M?PSR means that they can't spend it anyway so it's all a bit pointless.
On paper Kaplan was a Billionaire (or close to it) for all the good it did us.
Exactly which is frustrating as I have a feeling this board would stump up some good cash for players.PSR means that they can't spend it anyway so it's all a bit pointless.

its all a bit vague regards Kaplans worth. He clearly had a bit but it is nothing compared to the combination of the 2 I mentioned.......even Morris alone seems to be worth more than Kaplan.Kaplan put up most of the initial money and according to something Levein said once "could easily afford to take the loss". Also, he and Levein own D.C. United between them which is currently valued at around $780m according to Forbes.
At the end they were putting around £10-15m a season in to cover the losses.
We seem to be following the rules as best as we can but there are teams who just seem to ignore the rules with little to mo repercussions.Cardiff are supposed to be up to thier neck in debt, but spunked 4m on a striker in January, but our new owners can't put significant funds in for new players. I'm buggered if I can work out all this profit and sustainability bolloxs.
That's fair enough, but surely a player costing 4 million will be on higher wages than someone costing 2 million? We seem to be following the rules as best as we can but there are teams who just seem to ignore the rules with little to mo repercussions.
Wages are our issues.....fees can be broken down over a number of years.
A 4M player from the Swedish leagues would come with a modest wage compared to a 2M player joining from another championship team. That's fair enough, but surely a player costing 4 million will be on higher wages than someone costing 2 million?
