• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Lots looking for tickets to an away game!! Like being back in the Premier League! Things are definitely on the up 👌
Wether it's the Modric thing, winning 4 on spin, more dynamic performances, getting rid of flaky cretin managers. Who knows, maybe all the above.
But the club have hit on something that mustn't be wasted.
To the owners etc al, do not fck this up.

I get horrible feeling they will. If Sheehan isn't given the job. We have a pre season of what if... We could either end up improving under a new manager or end up free falling. As many said, devil you know.

I've moved into the pro Sheehan camp now.. he is agile in his tactics and improving a squad which previously looked shot most games. We are crying out for some continuity. The only issue is if Sheehan gets the gig full time will the gas come off the pedal...

Same again, please Vip on end of 2 balls won one pen, should have another. If he doesm't ,make the connection its dross. The connction with the final ball is everything to his and our game! Vip and Allen should be starting for continuity and to measure up with forward planning.

To be fair if we are talking about "should have" then the second one shouldn't have been a pen.
Overall the decisions evened out but Hull won't see it that way and neither would we if we had been on the wrong end of it

No more Cullen as the lone striker Mr Sheehan.

It doesn't work
It's never worked
Will never work in future

Bianchini needs to be the outlet.. decent in the air, great presser and has some pace

We've not won 4 on the bounce since Duff was here. That's a long time of mediocre nothingness.

Tough game, I’d LOVE a clean sheet win carry on our form but I’m going for a 1-1 draw O'Brien to score. Any news on Franco fitness he looked to take a bad knock at the end of Hull.

The use of Cullen and Fulton are the blots on the landscape. Two games to go, time to ditch that nonsense.

Cullen and Fulton are good players, sometimes very good players, but not great players, Both have been wonderful club servants and those forever knockers of their value get on my tits!

Playing them now, in the way they are played now gets on my tits. I couldn’t care less what they ‘have been’.

That's hell of a stretch with Fulton. Maybe many moons ago he was good. But to say he very good. That's brave. Cullen is a ok bench squad player. He got a new contract and played for Wales and wa doing well. Dropped in form and can't seem to win a ball in the air. By far not worse player. But let's face it, if he wasn't a local lad, we would of called for him to go. And not good enough. Yes 10 goals this season. But not consistent.

Ignoring the past. At present Fulton should be nowhere near the team and Cullen is like hot and cold water. The problem you have is, he likes to player like a number 10, but if we fill that hole in the summer with Widell or someone else, and we get another striker. Someone needs to tell me where he fits into the plans.

I get the Cullen having minutes. I'll never understand what Fulton contributes.

He was lost when he came on against Hull. The pace of the game was too much for him.
