• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Ive enjoyed the first two episodes of this series far more than I did any of the last. Haven’t seen tonight’s yet.
You know what you're getting with T-Davies, tonights episode was enjoyable.

Last series was a tough slog to get through, but the rumours are that it may all be being put on the shelf soon for an overdue rest

Tick box erercise completed to appease all and sundry , well done Beeb for your stance on inclusion and diversity .

Saturday nights screening was ok and I did watch it through , but the neutral factor is becoming tedious .

Cybermen and Daleks need to be got rid of , they are the hide behind the settee stuff I grew up watching .

Russell T Davies has been writing adult television since 1994 and has never hidden his political/societal views. It's hilarious that people now, over 30 years later, identify his work as 'tick box' because that's what elements of society tell them to think.

One thing I’ve learned about Doctor Who fans is that nobody seems to hate watching Doctor Who more than them. They’re a bit like football fans in that respect. The thing they love seems specifically designed to annoy them.
I see your Doctor Who fans and raise you Star Wars fans. You'll never find a more wretched hive of self-hating scum and villainy. We must be cautious entering that fandom.

How dare you 😮

Nothing wrong with Star Wars!

Probably watch Doctor Who more out of past loyalty and will a Christopher Ecclestone like character give the Show a new take on the role . Tennant and Matt Smith were great .

Will continue to watch on catch up TV out of curiousity just for the awful storylines and PC nonsense .

If I miss an episode when the broadcasts gets too silly , will not be bothered to follow up them programmes .
