"Moments after United keeper Jack Walton pulls off a stunning double save to deny Myko Kuharevich and Junior Hoilett, the former picks up on the half way line, makes a cracking solo run and smashes into the bottom corner."

Hopefully can score a few more before the end of the season and earn us a bob or two. Who knows perhaps Sheehan can even get a tune out of him.

Derby staying up has increased the chances of a sale of Yates to them. We need all the pennies we can muster.

He's their top scorer with 10, the next is Adams with 6. I'd be surprised if they didn't bid at least a million for him. Perhaps one and a half.

Eustace has talked up a lot about wanting to do something regarding Yates, it all depended on if they could stay up though (which they have)

Both can’t be much worse than VIP, whatever Rose tinted glasses we put on. Cullen ain’t the answer neither. Let’s hope Josie Wales has the goods. Scotland and Wales. Shame we didn’t have Mike England and
Stephe NIreland back in the day. Would cheer the union flag shaggers.

Only about 4 players in the championship scored more than 12 this season. So Yates at 10 is saleable as is Cullen at 12

Dont want to sell Cullen but he's worth a few bob as joint 5 highest goal scorer and effectively only playing about 3/4 of the season given Bianchini and VIp were getting game time

Will be interesting to see what the summer holds for Kuharevych

He never had an opportunity under Williams and not sure he will get one under Sheehan
I do think he would do a better job than Cullen as a lone striker option though

Kukharevych scored for the Hibees today and played well, held the ball up and was always looking for work.

If Vipotnik could up his goal scoring next season and get 10+ in the league, with Cullen also hitting double figures again, it wouldn't be too bad.

What we need is more goals from elsewhere on the pitch. Wasn't that Eom and Ronald's 2nd goals all season today?

When we got promoted under Brendan, our strikers managed the following goals:

- Dobbie: 9
- Borini: 6 (and he only played 9 games!)
- Beattie: 4
- Moore: 3
- Plus 1 each from Nouble, Easter, Priskin.

So that's 25 goals from strikers (stretching the definition with Dobbie but he's certainly comparable to Cullen). The difference was we had 19 from Sinclair and 9 from Pratley.

Can't expect Sinclair's output from anyone, but anything close to 28 goals from the midfield and wings would make a huge difference.

Kukharevych's goal was excellent. He showed a surprising turn of pace to run in from near the half way line, before finding the corner from a tight angle. It will be interesting to see how things pan out for him.

We can surely get our money back for Yates. Can't see Derby quibbling over a couple of million when he has been one of their best players.

He will be close to 29 by the time the transfer window gets into full flow. This will considerably shorten the list of potential buyers as he doesn’t fit the model of buy > develop > sell.
