In Cooper's defense, under us he DID look terrible

Admittedly though Cooper's play style under us did very little to encourage attacking freedom, it was all about shape and relying instead on three or four attacking players to provide all the attacking outlet

Gyokeres is a finisher, he won't create something out of nothing the way Brewster or Ayew did

In his last season with Cov he was more than just a finisher, his all round game was very good.
Whatever the reason we didn't see it & Cooper didn't seem to either.
Doesn't really matter now, it's in the past & we've moved on.
